What inspires your passion for Pilates?
Witnessing my clients' progress and achievements fuels my passion. Building meaningful, client-based relationships and supporting their fitness journeys are incredibly rewarding aspects of my work.
Can you share a bit about your educational background and experience?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport/Nutrition Science from the Australian Catholic University. Over the past two years as a Pilates instructor, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including individuals with injuries and older adults, enriching my teaching experience.
What inspired you to pursue a career in Pilates instruction?
My lifelong passion for exercise and movement, combined with my background as a former dancer, naturally led me to Pilates. It allows me to integrate my teaching experience with my love for movement, creating a fulfilling career.
What do you believe is the most rewarding aspect of your teaching style?
The most rewarding aspect is observing my clients' growth and increased strength with each class. Their progress and dedication inspire me daily.
